Transition your Look from Summer to Fall
It’s officially Fall in Dallas (which means it’s under 90 degrees for at least half the day) none-the less it is Fall and our wardrobes are a-changing! Unfortunately, they aren’t changing as much as we’d like.. thanks to the soaring high temperatures we can’t jump into our beloved wool sweaters, leather pants and fancy pea-coats just yet.
Here I am giving a couple ideas to transition your look to Fall but also regulate your temperature 😉Â
- Throw on your knee- high boots! I know you have been patiently waiting to make their debut. Well, wait no longer… try putting them on with some shorts, skirt or even some overalls!?
- Tap into the color palette! Warm Neutrals are calling your name. This cream colored lace top is the perfect color to transition from Summer to Fall! Other colors to think about: camel, cream, nude, denim (that’s a neutral right!?) and grays!
- Denim! Incorporate how you see fit, but don’t forget to incorporate it! Denim is a closet staple. A jean jacket? skirt? skinnies? jorts? Just make sure you know combine them properly!
- The Lace factor! A trend hitting hard this Fall and I am not complaining. It’s the perfect piece to transition. Easy and effortless it’s chic on it’s own but will look just as good with a leather jacket or pea-coat layered over it! This piece won’t let you down as you transition from one season to the next.
